Description

Sheets is a very simple and clean theme designed to relax the eyes of the viewer and to enhance the impact of the photo gallery, the homepage’s centerpiece. The effect of the gallery relies on more than just compelling photos, however. Like pages of a catalog, the gallery is arranged in overlapping sheets and engages the viewer by allowing them to flip through the sheets with the click of a button.

Since the page is dominated by this large, intriguing gallery, it is very simple to completely change the look of your page with photos. As your products change with the seasons, the appearance of your site will too.

On the product pages, free Lightbox gallery integration is included to display large images of your items.

Named after the famed electronics shopping district in central Tokyo, Akihabara provides a sleek, modern presentation for selling your high-tech products. Using a 960 Grid System layout, the theme clearly showcases anything from cameras to medical equipment.

The homepage provides three levels of product presentation: a main image slider, a featured products section and a secondary products section. The image slider is the first element to capture the customer’s attention with its large product images and the ability to click through slides to view more great products. Complementary to the page’s sleek design, images smoothly slide back and forth as the viewer clicks through the slideshow.

On the product pages, free Lightbox gallery integration is included to display large images of your items. Tabs at the bottom of each product page provide a compact alternative to Magento’s default layout for organizing product details. Instead of scrolling through sections of product information, the viewer simply clicks the appropriate tab. A tab may also come in handy for a product review section. Tabs can be added or deleted – you won’t be left displaying empty, unused tabs.

Aside from its alluring design and special features, Akihabara includes all the pages you need to set up your online store:

• Plenty of “white space” for high legibility and easy reading.

It’s what everyone wants so we listened to the people and made it a reality!

Stylish simplicity and navigational clarity work together in this theme to provide exactly what the name implies: a crisp and clean user interface. White, open space makes way for the homepage’s two uniquely-designed custom galleries, both of which will instantly intrigue the viewer. Dominated by a striking three-way image slider, the homepage is an opportunity to showcase products in an artistic way or, if you want, to use three related images to evoke a product’s story or feel within the customer’s mind.

The image slider at the base of the page is simpler, but its use of reversing arrows as controllers adds a contemporary touch.

Amazon-style menus provide subnavigation, but in untraditional fashion. Menus open up to large, multi-column submenus where styles collections or categories can be compared side by side. The size of the submenus leaves room for clarity, so the viewer won’t be squinting their eyes, opening window after window of tiny submenus to find what they need.

On the product pages, free Lightbox gallery integration is included to display large images of your items.
